LuAnn Sabounjian

Ms. LuAnn Sabounjian, Vice President of Clinical Operations, has more than 25 years of diverse experience in research, development, R&D operations, and medical and scientific support of marketed products, with professional contributions to several NDAs, INDs and non-US submissions, study protocols, publications, and nutraceutical marketing applications.  Ms. Sabounjian provides oversight of the Clinical Operations activities for PureTech programs and has extensive experience in pharmaceutical clinical development processes and in management of clinical operations and drug safety for Phase I through IV trials.

Prior to joining PureTech, Ms. Sabounjian was Vice President for Endo Pharmaceuticals Solutions, Inc., (formerly Indevus Pharmaceuticals) and Concert Pharmaceuticals, Head of Clinical Operations and Drug Safety for PROMETRIKA, LLC and served as a consultant for several biotech companies over the years.  Prior to joining Endo, Ms. Sabounjian was a Research Affiliate at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) for seven years and practiced primary care Neuroscience Nursing, including research in Epilepsy at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center for 10 years.  She has authored several journal articles and is an inventor on multiple patent applications.

Ms. Sabounjian received her Bachelor of Science from Boston College School of Nursing in 1981 and her Masters of Business Administration from University of Phoenix in 2012.
